There is this special place where we love to go. It's the beautiful Lozčre region in France. We went again this summer to spend time among horses and in the saddle. We lodged at the Auberge Cavaličre d'Ance Val (where we are well-known customers) and went for long trail rides through landscapes of savage beauty.

On the first day we were introduced to the horses and the riding style.

This is a long time friend. Ten years ago Diament was my first trail horse.

Of course we spent some time with our old friend, the Arabian stallion Korant (the grey) who is still going strong and shares his pasture with his son Ka d'Ance (the chestnut) whose mother Reshina has sadly passed away this year while giving birth to her last foal.

Some of this youngsters are by Korant, others by the Andalusian stallion Jelero. They are a good looking and affectionate bunch.
