Spooks In Arabs Explicated I was walking along the C&O canal near SugarLoaf Mtn looking for a deer to murder when I remembered the legendary prowess an Arabian possesses to detect motion. Telepathic Research has revealed it's due to a zillion special cells in the cornea of the eye called MoFoDeTkTor 93@. This is another distingishing trait found in Arabs but if it were found in other breeds it would only be 33.33% of the number found in Arabs. These oracular cells permit the Arab to assess the angularity, viscosity and efferescence of an object to determine whether it's capable of movement. Problem is they have to adjust their focal length to the object by bounding in some direction anywhere from a couple inches to 18 feet ... rapidly. Ignorant people mistake this for shying when in fact the Arab is conducting a scientific experiment. Early attempts at hard research to locate these cells by envious QH and Warmblood fanciers were soon abandoned. They would bring a subject/horse into a pitchblack barn, the holder steadied the horse while the scientist rested a powerful camera with flash attachment on the equine's proboscus. The resulting mayhem depleted the ranks of holders to the point where no more meaningful research could be continued. Now they call Arabians crazy! Geesh!!! Have Fun!
